Feeling Healthy With Zero/Super Low Carb!

I am feeling great! And the only time I don't is when I eat carbs!!! Booooo...

Zero Carb Goes Crazy!

Great day.. I did share a few bites of a dessert at Chiles, but not before a major fajita fest with shrimp and beef :)

Still feel great and energetic... no pain at all.. :) the dessert though, amazingly caused me to have a little pain in my feet when I first woke up... :) oh well :)

Zero Carbs

Yesterday I was feeling bad... I was feeling dizzy.. I began to get worried... after all.. zero carb (or almost) is uncharted territory for me :)

I did reflexology until I couldn't stand it any more, and was still feeling dizzy.. and you know the dust here in Kuwait doesn't help much!

So, I thought, maybe it's because I'm not eating enough.. so I ate several times yesterday :) I was even tempted to eat sweets.. I was offered so many yesterday.. you know when you're not feeling well, how easy it is to succumb.. but I didn't (Yay)....

So, the only sweets I ate was a small scant handful of caramel corn from Garretts in Dubai.. man that stuff is yummy!

I guess I maybe just wasn't eating enough food. so I'm going to have to make more of a conscious effort to eat from now on :)

Still feel great though :) Zero Carb rocks...

The Food is What Makes The Difference

Eating almost Zero Carbs really makes a huge difference!

It's really amazing!

Yesterday I had eggs, a bit of foul, humos, and labna for breakfast, and tea with a smidge of milk.. then I had BBQ ribs and sauteed mushrooms and a small salad for lunch with almost no ranch dressing :) YUMMY and iced tea, of course.

I had one X Power Square, and like 3 Power Pops :)

Zero Carb

OK.. lost more now. :) Every day I'm going down something.. even if it's only a little... that's fine with me! :)

I ate shrimp salad with dipping dressing yesterday :) and a cheese omelet for breakfast :)

I am feeling amazing.. I had a piece of Xocai X Power Squares and only one Power Pop today. :)

I'm not doing too much of that , but it's certainly better than regular chocolate with a lot less carbs!

Still no pain, plenty of energy, and looking great :) YAY!!!

Hair Analysis is Amazing!

Yeah... I'm really going here with this!

I have lost 8.5 pounds so far... 3 weeks... I'm not complaining, because there is no hunger at all... I eat almost whatever (zero carbs, or almost)... and I'm razing!

I have a few of my friends doing it now also, and they are also razing!

And all of this along with the hair analysis info is kicking it.

Zero Carb

Well.. I ate a handful of carbs yesterday.. but I don't suppose it's going to make a major difference :) It was only a couple of veggies in a chicken soup, and a salad with some zero carb dressing. :) And I had 2 Power Pops yesterday too, and one Xocai X Power Square. :) At breakfast I had a spoon of labna and homous and foul all low carbs but not zero!

But that sure beats what I used to do, and way lower than anything else!

Most days are way closer to zero. :)

Zero Carb!!!!

OK.. I'm seriously not joking now! Zero Carb is sooooo the way to go.. talk about feel good.. feel GREAT!!!! Oh my God!

Get on the protein and fat only deal! I know it sounds strange, but seriously... whoa!!!!

I have now lost almost 8 pounds in two weeks. and feeling super strong and healthy!

Also, no pain, no other symptoms at all!

Now I just need to sleep more! :)

What Is Zero Carbs?

Well.. I have been doing almost zero carbs for the past two weeks, and I just discovered that there is a whole community of people out there who is doing it. They call themselves carnivores.... very interesting.. but the do it much differently than I have been.. nonetheless, very interesting.. I am going to look into it more, they render tallow.. I don't even have a clue about that.. but I'm definitely going to look into it. :)

I am really into the strength and the feeling that I get from eating like this.

Seriously.. I'm going to post a couple books on the issue here.. I can't believe it! :)

Low Carb Lose Weight

I can't believe the difference when you don't eat carbs!

It's like day and night! Amazing!

I can't believe how much energy I have!

But, I do need to start exercising so I can keep my shape nice, because I know that is important. Plus in order to keep the metabolism up, it's important. :)

Yippppeeeee I have lost almost 7 pounds!!!

OK.. it's been only a week and I've already lost a little less than 7 pounds!!!

All protein ... tiny amount of veggies, and almost no carbs.. PLUS hair analysis recommendations!

Wow!!!!! Amazing! This is definitely going to be the basis for a program and a site to help other people :)

Feeling Great.... Weight Down

The weight is still going down... I'm feeling really great!

ONLY PROTEIN and FAT :) But totally on the hair analysis program as well, with supplements and all.

The only thing I have off is my wonderful POWER POPS... I swear those things are amazing.. you absolutely don't have an appetite at all!

I had egg salad for lunch yesterday and a 1/2 can of tuna in water and mayo for dinner.. the thing is that you are absolutely full when you eat like this.. eat, but not a lot.. the body is full!

Then, if you feel like eating again later, just eat a Power Pop, and that is it!!!

Eating It UP!!!!

Yesterday was GREAT!

I worked a lot but had loads of energy.

I'm starting to feel better for sure :)

The cough is almost gone! YAY!!!!!

Breakfast was good (see yesterday's submission...

Lunch was at the Holiday Inn.. buffet - lamb, shrimp, chicken, roast beef, no carbs!!

YAY!!!! I drank water.. I never drink anything else now!

Even though I had tons of appointments today, I still felt great!

What A Great Feeling!

Ok.. almost 100% NO CARB ... well.. let me quantify that more.. VERY LITTLE CARB... like today.. I had eggs, a smidge of labna (maybe 1 carb)... lunch was steak with sauteed mushrooms with lettuce, carrots and a smidge of ranch... only took a few bites... ate all the mushrooms, and had 3 Power Pops (YUP.. those ARE AMAZING!!!).. they have.. 4 total grams of carbs (2 of sugar)... so that is AMAZING!!!

Yeah.. too.. already down 1.4 k in two days.. Yes!!! That's the way I like it!!!!! Easy, no hunger.. and YUM!!! :)

Breakfast today is eggs, smidge of labna and foul (semi protein)... with tea with a smidge of milk. :) And BUTTER.. yeup.. eating butter with your meal makes the weight come off faster :)

Back to the Basics

I've been eating like a pig out of ???? depression??? so on Friday I weighed myself, because I knew it was time to reign in... well... yaah.. almost 20 lbs up!!!!! SCARY!!!!!

I have never done that before!!!... filling the void? probably... anyway...

So... back to NO CARBS... via Dr. Greg Ellis, for a while, to get back my energy and start to feel better.. and I already do.. :) (Losing major blood and coughing myself silly hasn't been helping to make me feel any better though!

I FEEL GREAT!!!

Back on my vitamins and supplements I am feeling GREAT!!!!! :)

Hair analysis is amazing and so accurate.

Now I'm going to share a story with you about a guy who recently did his hair analysis and has been on the diet and supplements (just regular ones from the pharmacy based on his results)... he called me last night and revealed that he had something to tell me...

Let me give you some background before going on:

This man is 48 and has had a heart attack... he almost died a few years ago.

He has had heart problems since he was a kid and has been in and out of the hospital for years, literally....

He also suffers from asthma and wheezing (particularly here in Kuwait where it is dusty a lot)...

On heart medication and feeling like crap.. and I remember many times he would say stuff like he was waiting to die.. I would of course scream at him, but that was the way he felt!!!

So, since he has been on the dietary program that was recommended by the hair analysis lab... he has been 100% better.. amazing, in fact!

It's only been 2 weeks!!!!

He's got NO symptoms at all now..

He runs at the gym now and works out for hours... something he could never do before.

He has lost 2 inches off his waist and 3 kilos!

I am soo happy about this change!

That is what hair analysis can do!

Feeling Really Great!

Well I'm really doing great on the hair analysis diet now and feeling great.. of course!

The swelling in my legs is still there, but not much.. better than before.

I think some gravity exercise will help and I'm going to have to do some... to bring the fluid down.

Otherwise.. tons of energy.. wallowing in carbs is NOT the way to go when you don't feel good... go get a massage instead!

Today is a great Hair Analysis Day!

I have lots more of my clients who have done the hair analysis! I do say, one guy was like... are you a fortune teller or palm reader or what?

That really made me laugh! That's how accurate it is!!!! :)

I'm going to go on a phase of complete hair analysis diet to get rid of that stupid swelling that I have in my left leg! Probably some leg up type of exercise would help, too!

So, I will be sending 4 more hair analysis requests today and we will see how those come out :)

I ate what I was supposed to, took supplements, and felt good.. still have swollen legs though.. (left more than right)... so I don't know what THAT is.. but :)

Getting Back In

When you listen to too many rules, you start to rebel... or at least that is what I do....

Gotta get back strictly on the hair analysis diet, where I was healthy, strong, and not feeling like binging all the time.

That is how I felt all weekend... of course, I know that stressing out over the obvious is going to happen for a while.. it's natural.. so I'm going to have to go through it and get over it as soon as possible.

But, overall, I'm following the diet... 40/40/20 balance of carbs, proteins and fats with some cheating going on.. :) :)

Hair Analysis Diet

I swear the hair analysis diet is better than any of the others, because, first of all, it isn't a diet, and second of all, it is perfect for ME!

Now I have to lay off the spicy foods, because my chest has been killing me! I really don't want to take my meds... but I guess I will for a while, at least. :)

Balanced low carb is definitely the way to go!

I did a few squats and wall push ups today, too.. I'm going to have to work out on my own terms, because it isn't worth being out of commission or getting sick!

Top O The Morning To Ya!

I'm feeling swollen today, don't know why... same leg that I broke last year (oh well...)...

Diet was kicking it yesterday... but the proof will be when I weigh on Thursday... from then on that is going to be my weigh in day (after the weekend isn't going to work)...

So, I ate mostly protein yesterday.. the only carbs I had were the 1/2 orange, the pic of Xocai nugget... and two Power Pops. That's it..

Dinner was fried chicken and avocado slices. Really yummy.. and lots of water.

I keep on forgetting to take my supplements, though! Gotta get going on those. Today I'm going to have to do something different in the way of working out, because I need to get my leg down.. maybe it was the baby burpees... who knows?

Today I'm supposed to do lunges and pushups.. I'm going to start and see where it goes.

Sunday!

Hey all.. things are great! NOT... this weekend was a carb frenzy to (supposedly) drown out my sorrows... it's total stress.. so today I'm getting it under control.. this is better than the previous binges.. not so any more, thank God!

So, today and for the next period, it's all proteins and greens and veggies... to compensate!

The exercise is getting done on schedule, which is cool, but I injured my shoulder a little yesterday doing the push-ups... I did them though!

Today the baby burpees... I'm only doing half of what the program says, but that is what I can do.. and it's still a killer for me.

On the second round I will hopefully be in enough shape to bring it up a notch!

Another Day

From now on I'm not going to count the days.. because, frankly, I can't remember them any more and it's keeping me from blogging.. bad.. so, from now on it's just about the day and the deed.

I have been doing the warm up program from the 31 Day Fat Loss Cure, so that I can get into exercising and burning fat in a slow and not too drastic way.

I have a couple other programs (that I mentioned before), but I'm too out of shape to start them right now.. so I put them on the back burner and am doing (mostly) the eating programs of all, kind of melded together.

I watch Dr. Greg Ellis every day on youtube.. great, really! People who are promoting things should do more videos with info! they are really great.

I have been eating very low grain carb, as recommended by so many... with more fruit, etc. I can definitely tell the difference in my body. I still have loads of fat to burn off, but the shape is clearly different.

Plus, I can do baby burpees, pushups, squats, etc.. like an old pro now!!!! I'm sooooo proud of myself!!!!

I am putting up a link to the amazing program that I'm using. I swear... six pack, here we come (no joke)...


I just got these two books yesterday and I'm looking forward to them, too!!!! :)

Day 134 - Still Ouching It!

Today was the day I had to do my baby burpees. Oh MY GOD!!!!!!

20 of those babies were done.. albeit fairly slowly!!! Holy moly... I can see where this is going!

The day before yesterday I had to do my pushups... well I did them... all 40 of them. Yes indeedy! And I thought it was fairly easy, really...

BUT.... the next day was when the pain set in.. it's really strange!

With this 31 day fat loss cure program.. I'm serious wondering why on the first day after doing the exercises you don't feel much.. almost numb (like with the squats.. I could walk because my legs didn't want to work... but the next day it was more pain!)....

So, I can feel right now that these baby burpees are going to be the death of me tomorrow, but right now I'm just proud that I did them! :) Yay!!!

I AM losing too, albeit slowly! But my legs are still swollen, so far. Booo....

Day 130 - New Beginnings

Now that I am doing a combination of online eating and exercising programs I am feeling different.

I tried a workout for literally only 5 minutes that kicked my butt and still is! I can't even walk!

Boy! I'm considered a beginner and I did the warm up program (I wanted to do Final Phase Fat Loss - Check it out by clicking below...., but can't do the exercise program because I'm too out of shape.. so I'm saving it for later)... in the meantime I'm doing 31 Day Fat Loss - Also click on the picture below to get it... I'm not joking.. a 5 minute warm up.. kicks your butt... I can see that this program is really going to get me into shape. There is also an eating program.. it's simple, straight forward, and coincides with the other programs out there that I love... more on those later.....

funny thing is that I gained weight on the scale this morning and feel quite bloated... so we will have to see what is going on with that!

And it fits right into my hair analysis program anyway :)


Breakfast is 3 scrambled eggs with butter.

Later, a banana and some brazil nuts.

And a tangerine...

Also, all supplements have been taken! :)

Day 127 - Feeling Great!

Even though I woke up early, I could use a little more.. didn't sleep early last night. :)

Breakfast is scrambled eggs with brown toast and butter.

Supplements taken minus the magnesium B6 - I need to get more!!!!!!!

Tangerine at 9 :)

I'm definitely feeling lighter... but I am a bit worried about the super low potassium though, but the report says that sometimes it won't get better with supplements and that it is something else.. some other imbalance ....

My early lunch is a chicken breast (roasted) with koushari (which is an Egyptian dish containing brown rice, brown lentils, and brown pasta... :)

Day 126

Didn't have time to post yesterday.. so I'll make it quick :)

Breakfast was scrambled eggs with brown toast with butter... later brazil nuts and later cheese with a piece of brown bread.

Had a couple bites of chocolate molten cake and ice cream and Asian sesame chicken wings...

Throughout the day tea with a smidge of milk and iced tea :)
Supps in the morning (I forgot after that ... )

Day 125

Still tired.. the rain woke me up!!!! I slept early though, so I'm not dying! :)

Breakfast is scrambled eggs with healthy toast and butter.

Later I had a small cup of tea with milk.

A tangerine and organic apple follow (this is my second ever organic fruit) :)

Brown rice with salad and meat for lunch.

Later on I had some chicken with sauteed veggies.. I'm feeling quite healthy these days :)

Now I need to get in some exercise :)

Day 124 - Tired!

I am tired.. but no sleep doesn't help :) Also, my latest report had fatigue as the number one thing.. off the charts! Also, a surprising thing was that I had NO potassium on the chart.. very interesting, because that means that some other strange reaction is happening in my body and I'm not releasing any potassium.... will have to look into that further and in how I can combat this....

Breakfast today is scrambled eggs with one pc of brown toast with butter. All supplements taken :)

I had some brown pasta with beef and sour cream for lunch and during the morning I had a banana and a tangerine. :)

Later I had a couple pieces of Xocai chocolate (cuz you know I gotta get in my antioxidants)!

Had my first organic green apple today.. just bought it! YUMMY!

Dinner is some kubba bil laban (YUM)... and chicken panfried in butter with mixed veg on the side. YUMMMY ramma :)

Day 123 - Yes I'm lax about posting! :)

OK I'm lax.. I do have a life you know :)

I got my new hair analysis back the day before yesterday! Wow!

Big improvements on health!

Almost everything has improved... with some strange twists!

I am going to eat breakfast at home from now on so I will eat healthier.

Two of the risks I had are completely gone after changing my eating and adding the supplements! Most of the others are down tons too (I will post the actual results here :)

WOW!!!!!!

I am totally amazed at the results, and it certainly gives me an incentive to continue eating this way!!!!

My risk for hypertension is completely gone, and my risk for arteriosclerosis is also completely gone... and the risks I still have have changed mostly drastically for the better!

Ok.. My food today was toast with butter (1 small) with 3 eggs scrambled... later some brown rice, fish, salad, and a bit of tomato sauce...

Later tea with milk ... a few times throughout the day, and dinner (which is later than I would have liked) was tuna with mayo and a piece of brown bread toasted.

Day 119 - Time Flies!!!!!

I can't believe that I have missed two days!!!!!! Wow! Time flies!

I have been quite busy, as you can see :)

Breakfast is: omelet with brown pita (1/4), brown toast with butter and honey, a smidge of labna, green olives, a lettuce leaf, carrot sticks, foul (not yummy... too much pepper)... and tea with milk.

Back at work :)

Breakfast is the usual :) Eggs with brown pita and a smidge of labna with toast, butter, honey and tea with milk :)

I forgot my Power Pop.. so I'm going to have it now :)

Day 113 - Waiting for the Second Analysis To Come Back :)

I'm so excited to see how my second hair analysis will be!

I hope there will be major changes :)

I didn't eat dinner last night.. only drank kefir.

Breakfast is omelet with 1/4 brown pita, fava beans, a smidge of labna, toast with butter and honey and tea with milk.. of course I had a Power Pops before eating :) LOVE THEM!!!!! :)
