Day 60 - 2 Months! Wow!
OK.. so this is my 2 month anniversary! :)
While I haven't done everything absolutely perfectly, I must be doing something right, because overall I'm feeling much better than before.
Right now I don't have any muscle spasms at all. I don't have any joint pain, particularly in my ankle anymore. Last night I slept without moving (probably the first time ever)... (But I did take my supplements right before sleeping, so I think I'm going to try that from now on)....
There are still some issues.. certain pains and aches.. but way better than before.. going up for the third month! Hurray!
Breakfast is 2 boiled eggs, keema, humous, and 1/2 brown pita, tea with little milk.... and much later Xocai X Power Square....
More Xocai throughout the day.. I've been craving it for some reason!
Lunch is meat with tomato sauce and brown roti. Didn't even eat it all.
Dinner before the movies is 1/2 Ruby Tuesday burger, with 1/2 baked potato (mostly skin), and salad with a tiny but of dressing. A small amount of potato salad, and iced tea. YUMMY!
All supplements were taken with dinner.

Day 59 - Slept it OFF!
Yeah, it's true, I slept it off... I really couldn't stay awake.. I had to go out with some people later, and I was absolutely dead. went home, did a few emails, and crashed, big time! Can't do that again.. so not worth it!
Today we are going out to Ruby Tuesday for a free breakfast that the manager gave us.. so YAY. but certainly will eat carefully.

Day 58 - Life Goes On
Life sometimes isn't easy and things don't go the way we want.. but life goes on.. and we either go with it, or drown.. I'm going with it...
Breakfast was 2 eggs and a piece of toast..
second breakfast :) was eggs with potato and watermelon with iced tea.
Lunch is OFF;;;;;;;Kuwaiti food and Ayam Awal.. I took out my friends.. chicken and rice, margoog, gaboot, and worse.. made me feel like crap.. so we know it's not good to eat white rice.. I should have eaten everything but not white flour and white rice.. I knew that! :)

Day 57 - Stress is Calming Down Now
Today is another day. I'm feeling better, less stressed, and accepting that things are the way they are for a reason... move on!

Day 56 - Stressarama....
The next days are going to be difficult....things are stressed out now...
I didn't eat much yesterday.. nor did I drink much water.. I'm not feeling well...Allah kareem...

Day 54 - Slept Well!
Slept well last night, although plenty of tossing going on still..
I forgot my supplements today, so I will have to have them later (booooo)
Yummy BIG breakfast of 3 fried eggs, humous, brown pita, and a bit of this strange hotdog with tomato sauce thing.. but it was good :)
I will take my magne B6 and the rest I will take later :)
I had a chicken sandwich without the bread at Uno Chicago Grill, and Veggie Soup.. with iced tea. I helped eat baked haddock, too. Shared a bit of apple crumble dessert.
Dinner at Ruby Tuesday is grilled chicken with tomato, salad with a tiny bit of ranch, a bit of baked potato, and iced tea, of course :)
No popcorn at the movies!!!

Day 53 - Lost Sleep
Last night I slept but tossed and turned most of the night. That is the type of insomnia that is mentioned in my hair analysis.. absolutely correct... so I don't know why I'm getting those symptoms still.. sometimes it's good and sometimes not, but, now that I think about it, I did eat those cupcakes... that must be the problem, or something similar... will have to watch that.. I need to have a great cupcake recipe with whole wheat to eat!!!!! with lots of yummy looking frosting :)
Breakfast today is omelet (looks like maybe 4 eggs), 1/2 pita, homous, tea with a bit of milk.
Will take supplements now.
Xocai for cravings that have kicked in probably due to those nasty but delicious mini cupcakes.. but I'll tell you what.. Xocai chocolate is really the only one worth eating anymore... I was forced to put a teeny bit of chocolate covered cranberry and raisin in my mouth yesterday, and, frankly, they just don't do it anymore.. It's got to be dark, healthful, super high in antioxidants, XOCAI for me!
Early lunch is brown rice with lamb and tabbouleh... YUMMY :)
Later I had more Xocai.. and dinner was a chicken breast grilled tandoori style with some sauteed squash, carrots, and cauliflower.
1/2 glass of kefir later.

Day 52 - Getting Into It
Today I had 2 scrambled eggs and a sourdough toast with sesame seeds for breakfast.
All supplements taken except for Magna B6, because I forgot it in the car, so I will take it later. :)
Later I had my second breakfast, early lunch... omelet with mushrooms, green and red peppers, sausage, and spinach with a couple French fries, watermelon and iced tea.
Dinner is 1/2 a sandwich with chicken, lettuce, tomato, brown ciabatta, iced tea, salad with balsamic vinegar, and 3 mini cupcakes from The Chocolate Bar.
I have been thinking about those for like 3 days now, so I need to get it out of my system. :) :)
Later some tea with milk (a tiny bit)

Day 51 - Feeling Good!
OK.. today is another day in the life of the hair analysis diet :)
Breakfast at home on my day off is 2 scrambled eggs with one piece of wholewheat sesame sourdough toast and all supplements are taken.
I am going out later for brunch, so this is going to tide me over for sure :)
Lunch is iced tea with chicken bbq salad and potato skins with the cheese and bacon removed... Fridays :)
After that all I had later was kubba burghul (1 order this time!) :)

Day 50!!!! Hair Analysis Diet
Well... today is the big 5 - 0... Again.. still working it, and it's still working....I can't do another test before at least probably another month or so.. I still have issues too, but not many. Most of my problems are gone or disappearing, which is wonderful and amazing. In fact, I can't wait to do my test again! :)
Breakfast is 3 eggs in an omelet with a little tomato and pepper... 1/2 brown pita, tea with a teeny bit of milk, and humous. Much better this way.. feels super healthful!
All supplements taken.
Lunch is an order of kubba burghul and another :) :)
Had iced tea and wings later.
Dinner is a delish bbq chicken salad and fajitas (chicken and steak) at chilies with a tiny bit of sour cream and avocado! :) Iced tea again, of course!
OH! And I almost forgot that we shared a chocolate molten :) :)

Day 49 - Visible Horizons
Day 49! Wow ... I just got the results of everyone's hair tests today.. some surprises.. why am I the only person who can't eat shrimp??????
Well... I had a delish balanced breakfast.... 3/4 brown pita with 2 fried eggs and one small omelet with a tiny bit of cheese (not my choice)... and humous... with tea and milk (tiny bit)---
A handful of natural organic potato chips.
Kubba burghul later on...
Lots of pumpkin seeds.
Dinner is a little chicken shawarma, a little kabab, and a chicken breast from KFC.. super bad choice but....

Day 48 - I can't believe it!
I can hardly believe that I have been doing this dietary program for this long. I don't feel tired of it at all. In fact, I think I feel invigorated, more than anything.
This is a lifestyle change that anyone can do, and it's just a matter of rethinking and having some gumption and reserve....
Actually, at this point, I'm quite sure that there is no way that I would ever be able to drink soft drinks again... no way.
Also, I'm quite sure that white bread will never pass my lips again, nor white flour breading, batter, or anything else like that... greasy, oily fried things either, unless they are made with oils I agree with, or eggs, maybe... but nothing deep fried.
I have also gotten to the point where hotdogs, bologna, etc., seem disgusting to me, so I don't think I'll be eating any of those things again either.
I do need to add more fruit and vegetables in though, I don't eat enough of these I think because they aren't convenient enough. But, I need them, so I am going to have to make a conscious effort to add them in more.

Day 47 of the Amazing Hair Analysis Diet of the Universe!
I had a 1/2 glass of kefir this morning upon waking up. I didn't eat properly yesterday and felt the effects. I need veggies and fruit every day I think.
I also need to carry my supplements around with me for sure, because I'm not home long enough to take them with food every time.
1 brown pita, 2 fried eggs, labna (dairy, probably shouldn't have), humous, keema (Yummy) 1 tiny carrot stick, a couple of tiny black olives, and a piece of brown sliced bread. A cup of tea with a little milk to slush it down.
Yummy! I'm super full, and all is well with the world :)

Early dinner was steak and lobster, with baked potato (just the outside), and a little butter, with sauteed mushrooms and iced tea. YUMMMMMMMMMMMM!
Later at night a little scrambled egg, two pieces of multigrain brown bread, tea with milk, and a little jam and feta. I wasn't even hungry, but other people were and wanted me to eat with them.. doesn't really matter though, since it's all part of the diet anyway :) YAY!!!

Day 46! Wow!
I can't believe that I have gotten to this point.
I have mostly followed the diet throughout this time, with a couple rare treats.
I am happy with my results, although I still have body pain, my joint pain is mostly gone.
I'm not getting the muscle cramps that I used to get before, which is great.
YAY!
Breakfast was 2 fried eggs, with humous, two very small carrot sticks, 1 piece of brown sliced bread, and 1/2 brown pita. 1/4 brown sandwich with bologna and cheese, and tea with milk.
I have noticed that I'm probably getting a wee bit too much dairy, although the report said I could have it 2 or 3 times a week, and when I have it I only have a smidgeon.. but nevertheless, I'm going to watch it.
Two pieces of sourdough sesame bread. Which was a mistake without protein, but there wasn't anything to put with it.

Day 45 - It's a Beautiful Rainy Day!
Breakfast is steak, one fried eggs, hot tea with a smidge of cold milk, and hash browns.. (the hash browns were not nice)... at Centerpoint.
Lunch is super late.. Chilis.. Turkey sandwich with tomato and lettuce, on a brown bun.. (didn't eat most of the bun.. too big)...
Delish quesadilla salad.. I didn't eat the quesadillas I swear!!!!!
But I did eat part of the brownie sundae that we got free for filling out the survey from Chilis! :) Oh, and I had one ton of iced tea!!!!! (no sugar or lemon, of course)...

Lunch is super late and is a chicken barbecue salad with chicken wings... lemon garlic pepper and bbq.
Later on tea with milk, subway wholewheat with turkey breast and ham, and lettuce, tomato, olives, green peppers, and Italian dressing. :)

Woke up feeling much better than yesterday.. seems like all the anesthetic has worn off.. YAY!

Day 42 Hair Analysis Rocks!
Today I am not going to be able to eat anything until at night, because I have to fast for this dumb test I have to have at 4:30.

When I could get my head off the pillow, I ate scrambled eggs, dark multigrain toast and tea with milk.. with no sugar strawberry jam. That certainly made me feel a lot better... but the anesthetic lasted all night. BLAH

Day 41 - Keep On Keeping On
Today started off slowly.. I ate at work.. 2 fried eggs, homous, brown bread and brown pita, cuke and carrot sticks, 2 mini black olives, keema, and water.
Time for the supplements!
A yummy, if somewhat overdone banana was nice.. bring on the bananas! MORE MORE!!!!
Later I had some more xocai chocolate.
For a super late lunch I had hot and sour soup with chicken and a brown roti.

Day 40 - WOW! The Big 4 - 0!!!!!
Today I started off with Xocai chocolate and supplements.
Breakfast was 3 boiled eggs, 1/2 pc. of pita bread (brown), and a slice of brown bread with fava beans, humous, carrot and cuke sticks, water, and a triangle sandwich of bologna and cheese. Lots of fiber!!!!
A yummy banana later.
Early lunch is a delish combination of multigrain seed bread, chicken breast (2), and green beans. I also had a couple of small meatballs with sauce. Super duper yummy delish!
I had a few really super hot spicy sea salt and pepper natural potato chips.. UFF!!!!
Later had some kubba burhgul and Xocai chocolate.
For dinner I had a delish natural roasted turkey sandwich on multigrain baguette. YUMMY!!! with rocca.. also yummy! and delish gourmet iced tea at Casper and Gambini's at the Marina Crescent.
All in all a delish day!

Day 39 - Join The Group!
Hey... you know 6 more people have sent hair for hair analysis last night. They are on their way to the USA for testing. It's so exciting seeing other people giving it a go to get their health on track.
I feel so blessed that I found this amazing health aid! I just feel the need to share it with everyone I know, in fact, everyone in the world!!!!!
It's an incredible way to find out just what is going on with your health, and you discover things that you just won't find out with blood tests, etc. It is a most important tool to getting your health in order.
So, I start my day out today imploring everyone to get your hair tested and see just what your body is all about. Then and only then can you really get into optimal health!
Xocai X Power Squares is an early morning snack, along with my supplements. :)
Today breakfast was a little strange.. but this is what was available.. I think I'm going to eat at home from now on! :)
Humous, humous beans with hot homous, brown bread sandwich with bologna and cheese, olives, cukes and carrots, more brown bread, and a strange omelet with veg. Not my fave :)
Wholewheat spaghetti and meatballs is on the menu for late morning, with a little tabbouleh. :)
Natural Potato chips later, and at night 1/2 glass kefir, and a turkey sandwich made with the most delish multigrain bread!!!!!! Super yummy!!! and tea with milk.

A little later kubba burghul are just what the doc ordered and a banana for good measure.
All supplements have been taken, too!
For dinner we went to Chilis and had a wonderful mesquite chicken salad.. we should have told them to take off the tortilla strips, because it was way too much...
We shared a super delish mushroom jack with chicken and steak... YUMMY and of course Iced tea...
We did have dessert, shared also, Paradise Cookie Pie.. or whatever it is called.. not that good, but balanced with the protein..

Day 37 - Feeling Good!
Breakfast out at Pepe's Pizza is an omelet with mushrooms, green peppers, sausage and spinach. More sausage on the side.. and iced tea.

Day 36 - On a Roll!!!!
Good morning y'all!!
Breakfast was at work.. not great.. eggs, brown bread, and humous...
Banana later.. and brown rice with a tiny bit of lamb and chicken, and veggie sauce.
Had a couple pieces of Xocai chocolate, too.
In the evening I had steak and lobster at Ruby Tuesday, and a baked potato, with sauteed mushrooms. I had iced tea and we shared a dessert... (planned)..And that was it!

Day 35 - Still Feeling Great and Gearing Up with My Beginning With Hair Analysis
This morning I had 2 scrambled eggs and dark rye toast for an early breakfast.
When I got to work they informed us that our new military breakfast would begin today. So we went down and I had some brown toast (YAY that they had it!)... and a tiny smidge of fava beans, a couple black olives, a carrot stick and a cuke stick, and 2 small pieces of bologna. Nice, so I will keep this in mind tomorrow, and maybe not eat at home, we will see.....
I'm drinking lots of water today, which is good.
Tabbouleh is a good mid-morning snack, along with a banana, and a piece of Xocai natural delish X Power Squares!!!!!
Early lunch is brown rice and chicken and vegetables with tomato sauce (stew)... super yummy.... tastes way better this way than with white rice!
I had a cup of tea with milk and a small box of raisins and pumpkin seeds in the evening..
For dinner I was invited for a reception at my friend's house, so it was buffet :) Lot's of healthful choices! I had beef, chicken, lamb, kubba, fruit (pineapple, nectarine, melon, and strawberry.... and some cooked veggies.... yummy and Nice! :)

Day 34 - Another Great Day
I'm so in love with this hair analysis program that it isn't funny!
Hair analysis is the most amazing thing ever. I can't believe how much it changes things if you follow the recommendations!
I am now going to be getting all of my patients to have it done. It's absolutely amazingly beneficial!!!!
Breakfast is 2 scrambled eggs with 1 piece of delish dark rye toast.
Super yummy!!!! And all supplements coming.
I had a banana later.
For early lunch I had brown rice and some chicken breast roasted with tabbouleh.

Day 33 Woo Hoo!!!!!
Well.. I could use some more sleep today, but other than that I'm feeling quite well.
Had a great breakfast of 2 scrambled eggs with dark brown multigrain toast.. (this might even be rye toast, because I can't remember what I ordered from the bakery.. but it's super yummy anyway!

Amazingly, even though I eat tons, the weight keeps coming off. Very slowly, yes, but coming!
Early lunch is a delish tabbouleh..again! Okra with lamb and tomato sauce stew, and two yummy pieces of sourdough rye with seeds. YUMMOOOO!!!!!

Day 32 - Feeling Great
Although I'm still a little congested in the sinuses.. I'm really feeling great.
Breakfast is 2 scrambled eggs with one piece of multigrain sourdough bread toasted. I'm glad I cut that down from last time, because it was way too heavy.
A banana and all my supplements too are coming right up!
I had a wholewheat seed croissant that wasn't that great as a snack.
We ate lunch super late... Ruby Tuesday for steak and lobster, baked potato, and sauteed mushrooms and onions. YUM! Iced tea of course.
1/2 glass of kefir later with some pumpkin seeds and tea with milk.

Woke up hungry.. ate the rest of the Subway sandwich. Right after that my friend called, and wanted to go out to breakfast.. no problem.. :)

Much later I had a piece of Xobiotics by Xocai, and am waiting for my super yummy dinner at BENIHANA AGAIN!!!!!!!!
OK.. Benihana was great. had crab salad, tuna sashimi, scallops (grilled), and iced tea. YUMMY!!!!!!!!
Later I had kefir.
