Day 84 - Great Healthy Day!
Woke up feeling quite good today. My long term hip pain is also gone. Yipeeee! :)
Finally! I'm starving today, but I didn't have dinner yesterday and slept so early, so that isn't surprising! Looking forward to breakfast!
Breakfast is 3 fried eggs with brown pita, a smidge of labna, hotdogs, and brown toast with butter and honey... cup of tea with a smidge of milk. All supplements taken (and I've included DXN spirulina, too):)
Lunch is non... didn't have time :) So I ate super late gaboot made with brown flour and ground beef.. it was good, but not what I wanted.
Dinner was tea with a smidge of milk and multigrain cereal with nuts and raisins. :)

Day 83 - Wowsa!
I definitely ate too many sugar free chocolate pretzels yesterday, but Gertrude Hawk is soooo yummy! And they had just arrived from America!
Breakfast is 2 pcs of brown toast with honey and butter, and brown pita with omelet, foul, and a smidge of humous and labna, with tea with milk :)
Lunch is super late and is a lovely grilled veggie salad at Au Bon Pain, along with a yummy turkey avocado on a brown bagel. Delish, but too much. :) I felt really bloated afterward.. :)
No dinner obviously :)

Day 82 - Bright and Sunny Day!
Slept a lot last night.
Breakfast is 2 pieces of brown toast with honey and butter. 1/2 brown pita, 3 fried eggs, and a smidge of labna with tea with a smidge of milk. I'll be taking my supplements now, too. :) Yay!
Lunch is steak with sauteed mushrooms and mashed potato from Fridays with iced tea.
Dinner is brown rice with chicken soup with green beans.
All supplements are taken :)

Day 81 - Feel Great!
I bought a really cool magnetic bracelet last night.. super cool. Love it.
Even though I woke up late I managed to do everything I needed to before leaving the house today :) Yay!
Breakfast is Omelet with vegetables, brown pita, brown toast with butter and honey, a smidge of humous, labna, and foul. Tea with a smidge of milk.

Day 80 - Yay! Closing in on 3 Months!
Feeling good, but didn't eat breakfast, because I was supposed to eat out with a friend, who ended up not feeling good and bailing on me... :)
I ate fish curry with nothing else, and that was a big mistake. YUCK.

Early dinner is an awesome blossom from Chilis :) And a mesquite chicken salad, mushroom jack fajita. Iced tea. I was going to have dessert, but wasn't hungry :)

Day 79 - Going On Great! Hair Analysis Diet!
OK.. today is a good day... :) Feeling great! Day off! YIPEEE
Breakfast is kefir, scrambled eggs, and brown baguette.
Lunch is pasta and lemon rosemary chicken at Johnny Carino's.... not great with the pasta.. but what to do. I also had 2 pieces of shrimp on a tiny piece of toast, but no bread, or anything :) Iced tea of course!
Supplements taken :)
Dinner is KFC breast with cheesecake (Is this an addiction?)...
The deal is that I feel absolutely great. I feel light, flat tummy is there! The weight is obviously down, although, as I said before, I'm not going to weigh myself.
This hair analysis is no joke... I'm sooooo happy that I did it, and that I am following the advice on the report. It's not too much longer before I have to retest my hair. I'm looking forward to seeing what is going to be on the second test. :)

Day 77 - Feeling Light
Although I really didn't feel like getting up today, I did. I feel pretty light today. Things are good in many ways, and we have to be thankful for everything. :)
It seems my weight is down, by eye....I'm not weighing myself, because I don't want to have that hanging over my head. I'm happy about it, too, because I'm basically, at this point, able to eat whatever I want as long as it is healthful and balanced :) Yay!
Breakfast is omelet with veggies, 2 pcs of brown toast with butter and honey, 1/2 brown pita, with labna and foul. Tea with a smidge of milk.
All supplements :)
Lunch is a delish brown gaboot (Kuwaiti dish) with ground beef. YUM!
Dinner is KFC with cheesecake and kefir.. :)

Day 76 - Up Early!
Had to be up early to write my article.. done! Thank God!
Breakfast is 3 fried egg yolks, 2 pieces of brown toast with butter and honey, 1 piece of brown pita with labna, 1 tiny piece of fried cauliflower, and a little foul. Tea with milk.
All supplements! :)
3 tiny tangerines.. super yummy!
Super late lunch is a 1/2 Subway double turkey sub with brown bread, lettuce, olives, tomatoes, and Italian dressing. You know, that is really a good deal... 1.6 kd for a really big filling sandwich.. of course it's not as cheap as felafel (100 fils), but not bad, really.
Dinner is KFC 2 original breasts with plain cheesecake.
All supplements taken :)

Day 75 - Slept for Around 10 Hours!
Well.. I don't know why, but I'm sleeping a lot.
10 hours I think yesterday.. HMmmm what's up. I read that sleeping more makes you thin... we will see!
Breakfast today is 2 pieces of toast with butter and honey, a little foul and humous. Some eggy omelety thing with veggies, and a little labna. Tea with a smidge of milk. I wonder if too much dairy is happening here?
All supplements taken for AM. :)
Lunch is brown pasta with tomato sauce and ground beef (just a little)...
Dinner is KFC breast with no skin and a piece of cheesecake without the topping.

Day 74 - Feeling Active and Energetic!
Even though I don't feel like I slept enough....but I'm energetic, at least!
It's going to be a cake day today, because the Egyptians at work have all brought cakes, etc. OMG!!!
Breakfast is 3 fried egg yolks, 2 pieces of brown toast with butter and a smidge of honey. a smidge of labna, humous, and foul.. with hotdog concoction... 3/4 brown pita. Tea with a smidge of milk.
Yeah, we had cake.. I had small pieces of mango and strawberry, just to taste... tried the chocolate, but it wasn't worth it. Nothing compares to the taste of Xocai. I just can't feel satisfied with anything else.
Lunch is brown rice with chicken and salad (mitchbous chicken).... YUMMY!
And that's it! (Except for a piece of Xocai)

Day 71 - Not Feeling So Great...
After that dinner last night, I'm not feeling so well.. :(
But, now that I'm up and about again, I'm getting over it. I'm going to be having breakfast soon, so that should make me feel better :)
Breakfast is 3 fried eggs (yolk only), humous, labna, foul, two pieces of brown toast with butter and honey (yeah, I know.. not, but this is the first time and I want to see what will happen)..., hotdogs with peppers and onions, tea with milk :)
Lunch is a grilled cheese sandwich (that has too much cheese that I'm not supposed to have, but that is all that was available at the time :)
Dinner is worse :)
Salad bar and burger with brown bread and baked potato, with a little butter, and iced tea.

Day 70 - At Work -
It's a miracle but I came to work today. I was so sick yesterday and woke up the same, but I forced myself to come. :) :)
I'll see how I feel about food today :)
I'm feeling queasy still.... but I ate.. maybe that will make me feel better.
Two fried eggs, mostly yolks, 1 boiled egg, a tiny but of humous and labna, and some foul with brown pita and 1 piece of brown toast with a bit of butter. Tea with a smidge of milk.
I'll take the supplements now, too.
Lunch is hot and sour soup, and later baked spaghetti with brown pasta and ground beef.
Dinner is Friday's BBQ chicken salad with iced tea. Then a dessert that may have put me out.. serious abdominal pain!!! OMG!

Day 69 - Hey there!
Woke up not having enough sleep today. :(
I'll live though.. I have a lot of things to do today.
I had two tangerines before breakfast.
Breakfast was 2 boiled eggs, hotdogs with peppers and onions (too oily), fried cauliflower and eggplant (way too oily), humous, labna, brown pita, tea with a smidge of milk.
Lunch was PF Chang's at Avenues.. lunch meeting! I ate and it was good.. hot and sour soup, fried brown rice (far too greasy, and while there were fresh veggies in it, give me regular old cheapo Chinese restaurant fried rice any day), Moo Goo Gai Pan.. good, but, again, nothing to write home about.. they're off their game, sorry to say.
Dinner is Nando's, which tastes good, (particularly that amazing bread of theirs), but the Chicken burger is hard and difficult to eat. Everything else was good, and even their French fries were good. Unfortunately I became quite sick after eating it.. so .. next time I'll only eat bread. I think it was their milk peri peri sauce that did it.. who knows?

Day 67 - Great Day!
It's freezing today.. cold and humid.. in the desert equals FREEZING! :)
Love it!!!

That early morning pain in my feet is almost completely gone now.. health wise things are fantastic between the hair analysis dietary program and the chocolate and kefir and Xango.. etc etc.. wow!
Breakfast is 2 pcs of bologna and cheese with brown pita, a tiny bit of labna, a tiny bit of humous, hotdogs with onions and peppers, tea with milk, and 3 fried eggs (mostly just yolk). :) Talk about a filling breakfast.
Lunch is a yummy Butter Chicken with a brown roti! YUM!
Dinner is chicken and lamb shawarma with brown chapati and pickles, and felafel with humous :) Kefir and supplements :)

Day 66 - Up Early!
Today I woke up super early worrying about people in Australia arriving safely.
Strawberries left from yesterday are the first fare on the menu :)
OH MY GOD!!!! My new delight is sipping chocolate from XOCAI!!! SUPER YUMMY!!!!!!
I had a Chinesey seafood soup later and hot and sour soup later than that.. It's a soup day it seems.. :)
In the later afternoon we went to Ruby! (of course) and I had steak and lobster.. I'm not going to talk about the lobster, but it was sent back twice, (which I never have to do, usually)....
Iced tea and we splurged for a cake with ice cream YUMMY (it was free.. along with 2 free breakfasts for our trouble.. YUMMY)

Day 64.. total stess.

Dinner is humous with meat and pine nuts, kabob (1/2), 2 pieces of shish tawouk chicken, 2 pieces of grilled lamb cubes, baba ganouj, green olives, Iranian Brown bread, a smidge of foul, and kubba burghul with mostly meat.

Day 63 - No Comment
Yesterday I got the results of the test.. a strange disease called microscopic colitis... Not too dangerous, but plenty annoying.. oh well. I'm bothered about it, but won't die.. :)
Breakfast today is humous, foul, brown pita, 1 fried egg, 1 boiled egg, and a little labna with tea and a tiny bit of milk. Nice.. but I'm bummed since I forgot to bring my supplements AGAIN! GRRRRR!

Dinner is cereal with milk.. diet hot chocolate and pumpkin seeds.

Day 62 - Still Going.. Craving Chocolate, Though
Here I am.. had a banana early, and an X Power Square from Xocai.. I've been craving chocolate now for three days... but I'm not sweating it, since Xocai is the best chocolate anywhere and super high in antioxidants.. I can't go wrong!
Breakfast is 2 fried eggs (mostly yolks), 1 boiled egg, foul, humous, 3/4 brown pita, and tea with a little milk.
Magna B6 (I forgot my others boo hooo)
Lunch is 2 orders of kubba burghul.. not the best choice, but it goes.
Dinner ends up being cereal with milk.. also not the best choice.. but there's nothing else. :)
