Day 119 - Time Flies!!!!!

I can't believe that I have missed two days!!!!!! Wow! Time flies!

I have been quite busy, as you can see :)

Breakfast is: omelet with brown pita (1/4), brown toast with butter and honey, a smidge of labna, green olives, a lettuce leaf, carrot sticks, foul (not yummy... too much pepper)... and tea with milk.

Back at work :)

Breakfast is the usual :) Eggs with brown pita and a smidge of labna with toast, butter, honey and tea with milk :)

Day 113 - Waiting for the Second Analysis To Come Back :)

I'm so excited to see how my second hair analysis will be!

I hope there will be major changes :)

I didn't eat dinner last night.. only drank kefir.

Breakfast is omelet with 1/4 brown pita, fava beans, a smidge of labna, toast with butter and honey and tea with milk.. of course I had a Power Pops before eating :) LOVE THEM!!!!! :)

Day 112 - Nothing Will Keep Me Down

You know it's for sure that nothing and no one is going to put off their bad vibes on me and bring me down. I refuse to let them. :)

Been listening to motivational stuff by Dr. Wayne Dyer... amazing.. stuff I know .. because it is all about what Islam is about.. but he has such an interesting, fun, useful take on things. LOVE IT.. I have added a link for what I'm listening to now.

Breakfast is omelet with brown pita, smidge of labna, brown toast with butter and honey and carrots and lettuce :) Tea with a smidge of milk :)

Early lunch brown pasta with ground beef for lunch and later kubba burghul....

Kefir later (like yesterday which I forgot to mention).

Day 111 - Slept Tons!

Breakfast today is 3 fried eggs... 1/4 brown pita, a smidge of labna, tea with milk, and 2 pcs of brown toast with butter and honey :)

Lunch is steak and lobster at Ruby Tuesday is yummy with iced tea and baked potato and salad with mushrooms :)

Nothing else today.. but a couple pieces of sugar free almond crunch candy from Gertrude Hawk :)

Went to bed super hungry.. didn't sleep early, and was totally not a happy camper when I slept (not because of the food... something else)....

Day 110 - Whoooo hooooo :)

You know.. I'm feeling great these days :)

After I recovered from the exhibition my body is kicking it :)

I had the giant walking machine (AKA treadmill) taken down to the basement to complete my home gym.. I swear.. I could sell subscriptions to that gym :)

Maybe I will :)

Feeling great.. no (or very little) pain in joints or anywhere.. which I'm super happy about.. super happy also about the great immunity I seem to have now.. fights diseases without major allergies.. YAY!

Breakfast is: 3 boiled eggs... 2 pcs of delicious seed toast, tea with a smidge of milk, lettuce leaf, tiny carrot sticks, and a smidge of labna :)

Had some whole wheat pasta with tuna as an early lunch, and some kubba burghul later...

Dinner was cereal with milk (all good types, but without the protein, it did make a big difference.. not good)

Day 109

The past couple of days has been business as usual :)

So, I'm going to start from today.. back at work :)

Breakfast is 3 fried eggs with brown pita a smidge of labna, and 2 pieces of brown seed toast with honey and butter :)

Lunch is KFC and cheesecake.. OOPS :)

Later some salad with mashed potatoes and gravy... :) and a couple chicken wings with lemon and pepper. :)

Iced tea..

Day 106

I slept a lot last night and woke up raring to go, as in Dr. Mercola's article of yesterday about circadian rhythms :)

Still not really hungry and just had a Power Pop :)

Breakfast is 3 fried eggs with brown pita and 3 pcs of brown toast, with a smidge of labna and tea with milk.. that was a lot. My appetite is DOWN!

Day 105 - YAY!

Not that hungry today for some reason.. when it came time for breakfast... OH! It must have been that Power Pop that I had.. boy.. once those kick in, it's amazing!!!!! Click below to get some.. believe me.. they are fantastic, and they taste just like regular lollipops!

Breakfast is a boiled egg (only yolk.. the white was gross)... teeny piece of omelet... smidge of labna... tea with milk.. tiny carrot sticks....2 pieces of toast with honey and butter... and that is it :)

Later I had a couple bites of brown gabout.

Lunch at Fridays was steak with green beans and mashed potatoes.. almost didn't touch the beans and potatoes. I did drink a lot of iced tea and it took everything I had to finish the steak. :)

I didn't even want dinner :) Wow!

I guess the Power Pops really are kicking in now!!!!!

Day 104

Hey Hey! Day 104 is here! Wow, I can hardly believe it!

Breakfast is omelet with 1/4 brown pita, with a slice of tomato and lettuce, 2 pcs of brown toast with honey and butter, a smidge of labna, foul, and tea with milk. YUMMY!

But at 10 am I'm craving something already.. what the heck!

Had kubba for lunch.. and then was starving.. and also tea with milk.. :)

Much later had ice cream! Quelling those cravings!!!! Baskin Robbins with the works (but only two scoops and skipped the donut!) :)

Also had grilled chicken from Tazij (Yummy)... :) so I balanced all that sugar :)

Day 103 -

I'm still in serious pain from all that exercise we did at the exhibition!!!!! It's as if I worked out for hours (which is exactly what I did!!!!)

Anyway.. I'm super hungry today, but right now I'm eating my lollipop to ward it off.. don't want to overeat at breakfast, even though on this dietary program there really aren't any limitations on how much I can eat!

Breakfast is 3 fried eggs on 1/4 brown pita (I'm cutting down on my flour slowly :)... 2 pcs brown toast with butter and honey. Smidge of labna, and carrot sticks. :) Tea with milk. :)

Midday Snack is some tuna noodle casserole made with ww noodles :)

Later I had kubba burghul.

Of course Power Pops and Xocai chocolate played a part :)

KFC and cheesecake for din din. :)

Day 102 - Sunday :) Back to Work!

OK.. I'm back at work :)

Can't move from pain (yesterday was unbelievable).... but.. fun :)

Breakfast is omelet with 1/4 pita, 2 pcs of toast with honey and butter, carrot sticks and fava beans. Tea with milk.

Later I was starving and had my brown gabout :) YUMMY!!!!!!!

Xocai chocolate played an important part of my life today :) LOVE IT!!!!!!!!

Lunch (ha ha) is kubba burghul.

Late dinner is KFC breast with cheesecake.. it wasn't worth it this time :)




Day 101 - Saturday (yeah I know I'm late)

Had eggs and toast for breakfast, and didn't eat again until late evening..

The exhibition was crazy.. sales were good, but it wasn't worth it from the exertion :)

It was fun though, and the soldiers LOVED it!

Kubba burghul, and 1 tiny fetayer with labna or cream cheese.

I'm in PAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


Day 100 Friday

Today I had eggs and toast for breakfast. YUMMY :)

Lunch is bbq ribs from Chilis, nachos with salsa and ranch. A house salad... And a bite of the chocolate desert... which is OK but not great.

That is all I ate for today.. :) Because I simply wasn't hungry and I was busy getting ready for the exhibition tomorrow :) for the American soldiers :)

Day 99 - WOW

I think I'm going to be sending in a new hair analysis right after the weekend.. 100 days sounds like a good deal for doing that.

I'm still having pain in the stomach, chest, etc.. I took my stomach meds.. just had to.. it doesn't detrimentally affect the diet anyway... :) And starting today I'm definitely going to be drinking my kefir every day..

I'm super hungry.. but the pain is killing me :)

Ok so breakfast was eggs with toast, foul, and brown pita, etc.

Lunch is a donut with nuts, and chicken with veggies.

Dinner is Hard Rock.. never again.. it wasn't that bad, but it was expensive and very ordinary. Salad with grilled chicken, bbq wings, iced tea and an apple dessert. :)

Day 98

Today I am tired.. slept super late last night... wasn't tired. :)

Breakfast is 3 fried eggs (would like to get away from that and have organic!)... with 1/2 brown pita, lettuce, tomato, smidge of labna, and a smidge of eggplant (fried.. boooooo)... tea with a smidge of milk :)

All supplements taken.. and believe me! When you take the supplements it makes all the difference in the world!!!!!!

Lunch is grilled chicken and veggies.. got serious stomach/chest pain today.. hope I'm not going to have to take meds again.. I haven't had kefir for a while.. maybe that's the problem.

Dinner is a super hot spicy chicken and steak mix.. tooooo hot!!!!

Day 97 - Cool!

Today is great.. :)

Power Pop is first on the list today :)

Welcome to the new day :)

Breakfast is one small omelet with veggies, a tiny bit of foul with garbanzos, two pieces of brown toast with honey and butter, and a cup of tea with a smidge of milk. :)YUMMY.. now going to take my supplements.

Banana and raw cashews and pistachios midday.

Lunch is roasted chicken,stuffed potato (with parmesan.. big mistake), tabbouleh with brown burghul.

I ate a lollipop and wasn't hungry again after that..

Day 96 - Feeling Better and Better!

Since I got THE DIET SOLUTION it has certainly given me a lot to think about. I'm trying to do the hair analysis diet and organic at the same time.

I'm going to see how it goes, because I'm sick of putting crap into my body.. but the problem is that organic things are few and far between here in Kuwait... maybe I'll have to raise things myself.

Breakfast is humous, foul, 2 boiled eggs, a smidge of labna and tea with a smidge of milk. I'm not feeling that great afterward, kind of drained, so I think something didn't go right with that.. I'm not going to have humous or foul any more I think those aren't good for me somehow.

All supplements taken. I LOVE those new supplements!!!!!!

1/2 banana.. I'm really going to fire up for The Diet Solution.. which, of course IS NOT a DIET!!!!!

I'm going to put up a link to The Diet Solution soon....... it's amazing!

I ate a Power Pop today and had no appetite all day :)

In the evening I ate some nuts (raw), and later on had dinner at Fish Market...

Had lobster, crab cake, shrimp toast, etc.. super yummy.. drank water :)

Day 95 - Back to Work!

Our long vacation is over and I'm back on eating at work.. which isn't necessarily a good thing when it comes to the hair analysis diet....

Breakfast is: eggs with veggies in brown pita, a bit of labna, tea with milk, a bit of hotdog concoction, and toast with honey and butter.... :)

All supplements taken... since I got my supplements from America I think I'm feeling much better :) YAY!!!

Lunch is Tandoori chicken and veggies, with brown rice stuffed grape leaves.

Dinner is multigrain cereal with raisins and low fat milk :)


Day 94 - Feeling Less Pain!

I'm finally over most of the pain from exercising.. good thing...

Breakfast is eggs with a bite of brown baguette.

Lunch is Pizza Express salad with meat and grilled chicken with mushrooms. Shared cheesecake.

Dinner is healthy cereal with 1/2 cream milk. :)

Day 93 - Been Away for a While :)

Hey.. been away from this blog for a while.. on vacation :)

Hair stuff coming along very well... nothing much changed.. :)

Got my supplements from the states, which is totally cool!!!

I'm excited about doing my next hair test.. :)

Today's breakfast was scrambled eggs and multicereal toast.. .. lunch was kfc with cheesecake (not the best choice..)

All supplements taken.. thinking about what to do for dinner...

Since I was last here I have joined a gym (YAY)....

I have been busy with that.. and also from the third day at the gym I felt like I was going to die from the pain :) :).... I guess I must be doing something right.. or at least STRONG!!!

Had a natural cereal with dried fruit for dinner with skimmed milk.... :)
