The Food is What Makes The Difference

Eating almost Zero Carbs really makes a huge difference!

It's really amazing!

Yesterday I had eggs, a bit of foul, humos, and labna for breakfast, and tea with a smidge of milk.. then I had BBQ ribs and sauteed mushrooms and a small salad for lunch with almost no ranch dressing :) YUMMY and iced tea, of course.

I had one X Power Square, and like 3 Power Pops :)
