I can't believe the difference when you don't eat carbs!
It's like day and night! Amazing!
Eating all protein and fat (with Power Pops, of course) is the most amazing thing!
I can't believe how much energy I have!
But, I do need to start exercising so I can keep my shape nice, because I know that is important. Plus in order to keep the metabolism up, it's important. :)
