What A Great Feeling!

Ok.. almost 100% NO CARB ... well.. let me quantify that more.. VERY LITTLE CARB... like today.. I had eggs, a smidge of labna (maybe 1 carb)... lunch was steak with sauteed mushrooms with lettuce, carrots and a smidge of ranch... only took a few bites... ate all the mushrooms, and had 3 Power Pops (YUP.. those ARE AMAZING!!!).. they have.. 4 total grams of carbs (2 of sugar)... so that is AMAZING!!!

Yeah.. too.. already down 1.4 k in two days.. Yes!!! That's the way I like it!!!!! Easy, no hunger.. and YUM!!! :)

Breakfast today is eggs, smidge of labna and foul (semi protein)... with tea with a smidge of milk. :) And BUTTER.. yeup.. eating butter with your meal makes the weight come off faster :)
