Well.. I think we have established that eating late at night is NOT a good idea. :)
Even when the food is healthful (which it rarely is).....
So, I'm going to have to set up a program for exercise that is appropriate for my particular body right now where I am now..
Supplements are important!
I'm going to put a few of the supplements that I take here.... there are the ones that most of the people who do hair analysis need....
