Well.. I don't know why, but I'm sleeping a lot.
10 hours I think yesterday.. HMmmm what's up. I read that sleeping more makes you thin... we will see!
Breakfast today is 2 pieces of toast with butter and honey, a little foul and humous. Some eggy omelety thing with veggies, and a little labna. Tea with a smidge of milk. I wonder if too much dairy is happening here?
All supplements taken for AM. :)
Lunch is brown pasta with tomato sauce and ground beef (just a little)...
Dinner is KFC breast with no skin and a piece of cheesecake without the topping.
