Woke up feeling quite good today. My long term hip pain is also gone. Yipeeee! :)
Finally! I'm starving today, but I didn't have dinner yesterday and slept so early, so that isn't surprising! Looking forward to breakfast!
Breakfast is 3 fried eggs with brown pita, a smidge of labna, hotdogs, and brown toast with butter and honey... cup of tea with a smidge of milk. All supplements taken (and I've included DXN spirulina, too):)
Lunch is non... didn't have time :) So I ate super late gaboot made with brown flour and ground beef.. it was good, but not what I wanted.
Dinner was tea with a smidge of milk and multigrain cereal with nuts and raisins. :)
