Day 82 - Bright and Sunny Day!

Slept a lot last night.

Breakfast is 2 pieces of brown toast with honey and butter. 1/2 brown pita, 3 fried eggs, and a smidge of labna with tea with a smidge of milk. I'll be taking my supplements now, too. :) Yay!

Lunch is steak with sauteed mushrooms and mashed potato from Fridays with iced tea.

Dinner is brown rice with chicken soup with green beans.

All supplements are taken :)
