Our long vacation is over and I'm back on eating at work.. which isn't necessarily a good thing when it comes to the hair analysis diet....
Breakfast is: eggs with veggies in brown pita, a bit of labna, tea with milk, a bit of hotdog concoction, and toast with honey and butter.... :)
All supplements taken... since I got my supplements from America I think I'm feeling much better :) YAY!!!
Lunch is Tandoori chicken and veggies, with brown rice stuffed grape leaves.
Dinner is multigrain cereal with raisins and low fat milk :)
