Welcome to the new day :)
Breakfast is one small omelet with veggies, a tiny bit of foul with garbanzos, two pieces of brown toast with honey and butter, and a cup of tea with a smidge of milk. :)YUMMY.. now going to take my supplements.
Banana and raw cashews and pistachios midday.
Lunch is roasted chicken,stuffed potato (with parmesan.. big mistake), tabbouleh with brown burghul.
I ate a lollipop and wasn't hungry again after that..
