Although I'm still a little congested in the sinuses.. I'm really feeling great.
Breakfast is 2 scrambled eggs with one piece of multigrain sourdough bread toasted. I'm glad I cut that down from last time, because it was way too heavy.
A banana and all my supplements too are coming right up!
I had a wholewheat seed croissant that wasn't that great as a snack.
We ate lunch super late... Ruby Tuesday for steak and lobster, baked potato, and sauteed mushrooms and onions. YUM! Iced tea of course.
1/2 glass of kefir later with some pumpkin seeds and tea with milk.
