Today started off slowly.. I ate at work.. 2 fried eggs, homous, brown bread and brown pita, cuke and carrot sticks, 2 mini black olives, keema, and water.
Time for the supplements!
A yummy, if somewhat overdone banana was nice.. bring on the bananas! MORE MORE!!!!
Later I had some more xocai chocolate.
For a super late lunch I had hot and sour soup with chicken and a brown roti.
