Today is another day. I'm feeling better, less stressed, and accepting that things are the way they are for a reason... move on!
NEXT.....
Breakfast is 2 boiled eggs, and humous with labneh, 1/2 brown pita, and tea with a tiny bit of milk.
I will take my supplements later, since I forgot them.. only Magne B6
Later I had fish with tomato stew and brown pita..
For dinner we ate a Ruby Tuesday burger (split between two), and fries with a salad. Iced tea, too. :)
