Today I started off with Xocai chocolate and supplements.
Breakfast was 3 boiled eggs, 1/2 pc. of pita bread (brown), and a slice of brown bread with fava beans, humous, carrot and cuke sticks, water, and a triangle sandwich of bologna and cheese. Lots of fiber!!!!
A yummy banana later.
Early lunch is a delish combination of multigrain seed bread, chicken breast (2), and green beans. I also had a couple of small meatballs with sauce. Super duper yummy delish!
I had a few really super hot spicy sea salt and pepper natural potato chips.. UFF!!!!
Later had some kubba burhgul and Xocai chocolate.
For dinner I had a delish natural roasted turkey sandwich on multigrain baguette. YUMMY!!! with rocca.. also yummy! and delish gourmet iced tea at Casper and Gambini's at the Marina Crescent.
All in all a delish day!
